Unlock a fresh take on the Short Rib with our Korean Galbi-style Short Rib! 🇰🇷✨

1️⃣ Start with our Riverine Beef MB 2+ short rib—so much marbling!

2️⃣ Use a sharp knife to finely cut through the meat making sure not to cut all the way though.

3️⃣ Then unfold the meat and continue slicing and unfolding until the entire short rib is completely lengthened.

Kidman Premium cattle are ethically raised using no hormones. At 18-24 months of age, the cattle are finished off for a minimum 200 days on a carefully formulated mixture of grains, using the highest sustainable farming practices.
