We’re excited to announce our new Queensland Sales Account Manager, Mark Bashinksky. Based in Brisbane, Mark is bringing Haverick Meats’ premium range to the Sunshine State. Together, we will be introducing our exclusive suppliers including 2GR Wagyu, Heritage Wagyu and Margra Lamb, as well as our in-house Dry Age Beef and Artisan Charcuterie offering.
Mark brings with him a wealth of knowledge on the Queensland foodservice industry. A chef by profession, his career has seen him work both in and out of the kitchen. Spending a 15-year stint at Matt Moran’s ARIA restaurants, he most recently worked amongst the Brisbane dining precinct, Howard Smith Wharves.
With Queensland, in particular Brisbane’s burgeoning food scene, expanding our offering north was a natural progression. Garnering an impressive line-up of world-class restaurants, Brisbane is renowned for their dining precincts. From Howard Smith Wharves and Eagle Street Pier to South Bank and Fortitude Valley, these culinary meccas are hot spotting all over the city. We look forward to being a part of the Queensland hospitality industry as it continues to grow and thrive.
