Our Beef Short Ribs are slowly precooked by our team of in-house chefs for your convenience. It’s as simple as reheating in your oven. Sourced from the highest quality Black Angus and Hereford crossed cattle in the Riverina region of NSW, these short ribs are sure to be tender, succulent and flavoursome.
We recommend enhancing the flavour of the south and pre baste with our Memphis Style Smokey BBQ Sauce that’s also available online.
Reheating Instructions
Preheat oven to 180°C. Remove all packaging & brush ribs with our recommended Smoky BBQ Sauce. Please on oven tray & bake for 40 minutes.
