We recommend enhancing the flavour of the south and pre baste with our Memphis Style Smokey BBQ Sauce that’s also available online. It’s as simple as reheating in your oven and serve.
Reheating Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C. Remove all packaging & place Spatchcock on an oven tray & bake for 25 minutes. Remove & serve.
